Data Intermediation Service Provider Overview

This service enables consented data exchanges through the integration of digital wallets and consent management within automated workflows. A Data Intermediation Service Provider (DISP) facilitates the secure and efficient exchange of data among various parties (e.g., organisations - both data sources (issuers), data using services (verfiers) and individuals), as outlined in the EU Data Governance Act. DISPs provide platforms and technical means for Data Sources (Issuers or Data Producers), Data Using Services (Verifiers or Data Consumers), and Individuals to exchange data, ensure compliance with data protection regulations, and support data subjects in exercising their rights.
